Because our services involve time, expertise, and strategic execution, we follow a strict but fair refund policy outlined below:
1. No Refunds for Services Rendered
All fees paid for media buying, campaign management, or strategy consulting services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered — partially or fully.
This includes (but is not limited to):

- Strategy development

- Ad account setup and campaign creation

- Budget management and optimization

- Performance monitoring and reporting

- Creative consulting or design work
Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
2. Advance Payments and Deposits
If a client pays in advance or provides a deposit for future services:

- These payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

- If no work has started and the client cancels with written notice, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Adflare.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases, and at the sole discretion of Adflare:

- Duplicate payment (accidental double charge)

- Clear billing error (e.g. invoicing mistake)
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with supporting documentation.
