Refund Policy

At Adflare, our goal is to provide high-quality digital advertising and strategy consulting services to help eCommerce brands grow effectively and profitably.

Because our services involve time, expertise, and strategic execution, we follow a strict but fair refund policy outlined below:


1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

All fees paid for media buying, campaign management, or strategy consulting services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered — partially or fully.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Strategy development
  • Ad account setup and campaign creation
  • Budget management and optimization
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
  • Creative consulting or design work

Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.


2. Advance Payments and Deposits

If a client pays in advance or provides a deposit for future services:

  • These payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • If no work has started and the client cancels with written notice, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Adflare.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases, and at the sole discretion of Adflare:

  • Duplicate payment (accidental double charge)
  • Clear billing error (e.g. invoicing mistake)

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with supporting documentation.


4. Ad Budget Not Handled by Adflare

Ad budgets spent on third-party platforms (e.g. Meta/Facebook, Google Ads) are not managed by Adflare’s billing systems, and therefore are non-refundable and outside our responsibility.

Clients are responsible for managing or approving those budgets before campaign execution.
